1. Our shop reserves the right of your purchasing within 48 Hours* since the day specified in your order list.
* If our shop has not received your payment and any confirmation of payment yet,
we ask for permission to cancel your order and stop any process immediately.

2. When customer finished payment process, please kindly keep your pay-in slip as proof of payment and confirm your payment every time.
* To ensure that your transactions are secure and we can examine immediately.

3. Only regular priced items. (Gift Sets and Accessory items) • We’ll gladly return and refund in the case of a damaged item or incorrect item received.* Customer can contact us within 48 Hours of receipt and Return item within 14 Days to get a refund via the original payment method. (Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.) Please notify us via email with detailed pictures to proof with Order ID information. The items must be unopened/unused and in the original packaging. • In the case of lost item delivered.* (by performing search for the tracking number and your tracking information package cannot be found.) We accept fully-refundable or replacement item with the same rate. (if a replacement is in stock and available.)

4. Only Souvenir items. Since all items are handmade products, takes a long time to process and products are limited editions, that if the customers have any problems with the products, so all items are non-exchangeable immediately. Our shop reserves the right to all sale items are Non-returnable, Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable in all cases.

5. Our shop reserves the right of shipping process all products available only to customers has been confirmed and the transaction has been completed.
-Period of time and Packing process within 1-15 days depending on the schedule for that month and the number of orders.
– Full Payment is required for order to confirm process.
